Lead Twist

Subscription Fees

  1. The client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Lead Twist (and its payment processors) to debit client’s bank account or charge client’s credit card, as stated on client’s channel subscription and billing page.

  1. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Debit and credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on the final date of month if no corresponding date (January 31, 2020 subscription renews on February 28, 2020).

  1. Lead Twist may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated debit/credit card information.

  1. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Lead Twist’s net income.

  1. In the event client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, client shall reimburse Lead Twist upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold Lead Twist harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

  1. Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the client cancels their platform subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans).

  1. Subscription cancellation shall be done by sending an email to support@leadtwist.io, stating your intent to cancel the account subscription.

  1. Once a client requested to cancel an account subscription, the client will not lose access immediately. The subscription will continue through the end of your current charge cycle.

  1. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Lead Twist’s net income.

For example: If a client's credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and canceled on April 25th, the client will not lose access until May 10th.

Refunds

  1. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of subscription, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

  1. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. As such, all plans will continue to be charged unless cancellation has been requested before the next payment date. It is the sole responsibility of the account administrator to keep track of a plan's next billing date.

  1. Furthermore, Lead Twist does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.
